PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICIES
- We request 50% of the total amount in order to confirm the booking.
- Pending amount, 50% + refundable deposit 15 days prior arrival.
- This deposit is fully refundable 10 days after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
- Check-in is anytime from 16:00 PM to 21:00 PM.
- Late check-in, that have to be paid in cash:
- From 21 PM to 00:00 AM there is an extra charge of 40 euros.
- From 00:00 AMto 05:00 AM there is an extra charge of 55 euros.
- We charge 10€ extra for baby crib and high chair per day.
- We charge 35€ for an extra bed per day.
- We charge 10€ for a pet per day. (Must not exceed 10 kg)
- Final cleaning is included in the quotation.
- Guests can cancel free of charge until 07 days before arrival.
- There will be no refund offered if reservation is cancelled within 07 days before intended arrival.
- Those bookings longer than 28 nights Cancel up to 30 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment. There is no refund offered for bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival day.
